We believe that each website or graphic should be unique and original in its look and feel because it is a reflection of each client’s distinctive set of offerings and values that ground their approach to doing business.
In order to achieve a new look and feel for each website we design, we do not utilize pre-existing templates. For this reason, we do not design websites for a flat fee. Instead, once we find out what your needs and requirements are, we will provide you with an estimate of the total cost, which will include a detailed description of the scope of the project.
A 30% nonrefundable deposit of the quoted amount is required before we begin work. The balance is due upon the completion of the project. Any additional services you may request that are not part of the original scope of the project will be added to the final balance.
In order to optimize the process and keep costs to a minimum, we use an effective process for working with our clients on website design. The first step is a draft design in the form of pictures. The second step is your review and comments on the suggested design. We then make any requested changes and present the revised design to you again. Only upon your approval of the final design do we proceed to program your website with its full functionality. Once you review the finished website and its functionality, it is uploaded to your or your provider’s server.
Good communication is an essential part of creating a web design or graphic that fully meets your expectations. In our view, the only “stupid” questions are the ones that are never asked so don’t hesitate to raise any concerns at any point during the process.
